Our approach

Slow Tailoring

Your outfit is an important aspect through which you make your identity visible. For this, we developed our own Slow Tailoring principle, in which personal design, authentic craftsmanship and modern innovations are coming together.

Introduction

It starts with your story

Slow Tailoring is unique by paying attention to the questions of who you are, what you do and what you want to express. Your story is the starting point of every design. When you visit us for the first time, we take the time to get to know you over a good espresso or a cold beer.

"Ultimately, it is key that you feel good in your outfit and that it is a reflection of your character."

From fabric to design

During the design process, the tailor will give you several suggestions for the fabric and colours of the outfit. Your vision for the outfit is central to this process. We look at the color, the desired fit and complete the outfit with unique details such as buttons, a belt pleat and initials.

"During the design process we translate someone's character into an outfit."

Production & Atelier

The atelier gets to work

To bring together craftsmanship and innovative ideas, we cooperate with renowned ateliers in Italy and elsewhere. Many parts of the tailor-made suit still involve authentic handwork. This allows the suit to be tailored to your personal wishes, down to the smallest detail.

"Based on the design, the craftsmen in our atelier get to work making your outfit."

Fit & Finetuning

A stunning end result

Depending on the type of product, your outfit will be ready for a first fit after about six to eight weeks. This means that you will wear the outfit for the first time! Together we check if everything fits well and perfect the last details. Optionally, we also pick matching accessories, such as a tie and shoes.

"It's always a special moment to see the customer shine in their outfit for the first time. That's what you do it for!"

Philosophy

We exist to manifest your story

We believe that every person is unique and has a story worth sharing. Wondering what we can do for you? Then plan an introductory session with one of our tailors.
